Manufacturing Process
Our Manufacturing starts with the quality hardwood timber. This timber is cut into sheets of veneer which is then cut to a specific size depending on the style of the crate or basket. Once the wood veneer is cut to size, it is then formed and stapled together making the final product. Once dried, our baskets and crates are ready to ship.
We have been making
wood crates and
wood baskets this way for decades, and our process has not changed much over the years as we still use some of the same methods that were used back in 1916 when the process started.
We are very proud of the hard work that goes into our products. Little Rock Crate & Basket Co. would not be where we are today without the hard work of our employees involved in the manufacturing process, and we thank them for their years of service!
